Alternative ways to give feedback or get help

If you prefer not to use our online forms, or need help submitting your feedback, we offer a number of ways to get in touch. Whether it’s a compliment, complaint, concern, or whistleblowing matter — you can still speak up.

Talk to someone directly

Request an independent listener

In some cases, you may prefer your feedback to be heard by someone not directly involved in the area you're raising concerns about.

You can request:

  • A senior officer from a different team
  • A neutral safeguarding contact
  • An external mediator (for serious disclosures)

Just let us know in your message or call.
